Local Cultural Council grant applications for programs taking place in Massachusetts in 2010 are due on October 15, 2009. For the eleventh year I am taking on the chore of submitting applications on behalf of non-profit groups throughout the state.

The Cape PlayhouseOn Friday I presented two programs at the Cape Cod Center for the Arts in Dennis, MA. Here’s a picture of the stage with my props set and ready to go.
Yesterday I traveled to Bennington Vermont to present an evening program at Bennington Elementary. I arrived early and took a bicycle ride through Southwestern VT.
After getting somewhat lost in New York I found my way back to Bennington with the help of the Bennington Battle Monument.
My next scheduled performance in Vermont is on December 31, when I appear at First Night Burlington.

This Tuesday I visited Waltham's MacArthur School to present two performances of my educational program 'Contact: The Magic of Communication'.
The Waltham Daily News Tribune published an article and several photographs in today's paper.
These performances were funded through a grant from the Waltham and Massachusetts Cultural Councils.
